APPLICATION for the EANO School of Neuro-Oncology CLOSED

Thank you to everybody who applied for the EANO School of Neuro-Oncology.

Once it will be possible to apply for the next EANO School of Neuro-Oncology, information will be made available here on the EANO website, in the EANO Newsletter and on EANO Social Media channels (X, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Application deadline: April 11, 2024

Course start: October 16, 2024

Applicants will be notified of their application status in mid-May.

Application guidelines

Applications must be submitted through the online application form.

You will be asked to provide your contact details, educational level and specialty. Also, you will be asked to upload a CV and motivation letter:

  • CV – max 3 pages highlighting the professional experience (resident/specialist) in general and in NO field.
  • Motivation letter – max. 500 words describing why you would like to commit to this programme and what you are expecting to gain.

Conditions

Who is eligible?

  • Students, Youngsters, Fellows, Postdocs, Nurses and AHP
  • Anyone with a master’s degree or above and interested in NO

Note: All participants of the EANO school must be active EANO members for the duration of the entire course.

For successful completion of the course, the participant must:

  • Attend the in-person kick-off meeting as well as ALL 7 weekends/modules. One weekend can be skipped for extenuating circumstances. That weekend will be given to the participant as a recording.
  • Take a test after completion of each weekend.
  • Take the final test at the very end of the course (after completion of the 7 weekends).

Costs

The cost for this 2-year course is EUR 2.400,- (+VAT).

The payment must be made in full within 14 days after receiving the invoice.

What is included in these costs?

  • Participation in all 7 modules/weekends.
  • Learning materials.
  • EANO certificate.
  • CME Credits.
  • Participation in the in-person kick-off day (travel and accommodation at own costs).

 

Cancellation policy:

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email to eano-school@eano.eu before the start of the kick off meeting. The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the EANO Office. No refunds will be granted once the course has started, in case of cancellation of speakers or any other incidents during the congress, which are beyond the control of the meeting organiser.
