- Peer review information (date/ number of reviewers/outcome; incl. the source of the peer review)
- Project title
- Project date – starting date and project completion date
- Project location
- Project aim - Primary objectives (max. two sentences)
- Project description, clearly stating the added value of this funding (max. two sentences)
- Describe the benefits for EANO members (max. two sentences)
- Expected impact on practice/patients (max. two sentences)
- Describe PPIE input (public and patient involvement and engagement; max. two sentences)
- Describe the current funding status
- Required resources
- Summary of key features and main project concept
2. Supporting documents:
- Abstract of your research project (max 750 words)
- Introduction/background (max. 500 words)
- Aims (max. 300 words)
- Objectives (max. 700 words)
- Research plan (max. 2,000 words)
- Budget (Note: Infrastructure and equipment costs are excluded, and benefits beyond the funding period for other projects will not be permitted.)
- Description of relevant currently funded research programme (max. 700 words)
- CV (max. 1,500 words)
- Applicant’s publication list
- Details of peer review process (incl. the source of the peer review)
- Signed supporting documents (from partners/collaborators and head of department and finance office of HEI where research will be hosted)
- Ethical/IRB approval (if applicable)
