EANO Seminars 2026 - Cal for applications
EANO is seeking applicants to host the EANO SEMINARS 2026. Priority will be given to locations that normally do not host the EANO Meetings.
EANO Seminars is an educational event that aims to provide an update on the recent advances in the pathogenesis and management of CNS tumors with particular attention devoted to the application in the clinical practice. It is aimed to attract scientists, physicians and healthcare professionals involved in diagnosis and treatment of brain tumors, and is aimed mainly at junior staff from all over Europe.
1) Locations
- Venue should ideally be in a university or hospital campus setting (low costs for venue)
- Nr. participants up to 50-60 (max. 80)
- Springtime 2026 (March – before Easter)
- Easy reachability from the main airports in Europe with direct flights preferred
- Accommodations close to the venue, please indicate 3*/4*/5* hotels including average room rate
- Single theatre up to 80 Pax
- Possibility of 1 or 2 workshop rooms
2) Expectations for the local host
- Responsible for the onsite organisation
- Responsible to involve the local/national society
- Local host to be co-opted into the Educational Committee for the +/- 2 years (after decision till the event has taken place)
- Local host to work in close collaboration with the EANO Educational Committee to establish the scientific programme and invite the faculty
3) Side events
- Possibility to organise 1 evening event for all participants and faculty (buffet or menu in a local restaurant)
