Educational Day

Thursday, September 24 (08:30-16:30 hrs CEST)

 

Your registration for the Educational Day includes:

  • Admission to the Educational Day scientific sessions
  • Admission to the exhibition
  • Coffee/tea during breaks
  • Light lunch

Please note that EANO refrains from handing out congress bags for reasons of sustainability.


There are two possibilities to register for the Educational Day. Please note that the Educational Day is NOT included in the registration fee for the EANO Meeting.

  • If you want to attend the EANO Meeting and the Educational Day, first select your EANO Meeting ticket and the Educational Day ticket on the following page during the registration process.
  • If you want to attend the Educational Day only, first select "No" for the EANO Meeting registration and the Educational Day ticket on the following page during the registration process.

In case you already registered for the EANO Meeting only and additionally want to attend the Educational Day, please email the registration team at eano-meetings@eano.eu.

The registration fees for the Educational Day can be found in the table above.
Note: Nurse/AHP EANO Members registered for the EANO Meeting receive complimentary access to the Educational Day.

EANO Meeting

Thursday, September 24 (as of 17:00 hrs CEST) - Sunday, September 27

 

Your registration fee for the EANO Meeting includes:

  • Admission to scientific sessions (Note: Educational Day NOT included in EANO Meeting registration and vice versa)
  • Admission to poster hall
  • Admission to exhibition
  • Admission to EANO Welcome Reception (free of charge but registration is mandatory!)
  • Coffee/tea during breaks
  • Light lunch

Please note that EANO refrains from handing out congress bags for reasons of sustainability.

Press Registration

Press representatives of print and/or electronic media who intend to report from the congress can request to receive a complimentary registration for the EANO Meeting and/or EANO Educational Day by email to eano-meetings@eano.eu. A valid press ID must be provided.

Once your request has been confirmed, we will send you a link to complete your online registration.

Representatives of public relations companies, advertising agencies, marketing companies, pharmaceutical companies and their publications are not allowed to register as media.

Payment Modalities

 

Payment of registration fees may be made in EURO by:

  • Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Diners, Discover, JCB and China UnionPay)
    • After your online registration and the credit card payment have been completed you will receive a confirmation of registration via email.
  • Bank transfer to the congress account
    • After your online registration has been completed you will receive an invoice for the open amount to be paid. You will receive a separate confirmation of registration and payment once your payment has been credited to the congress bank account.
    • Payments must be made within 14 days after the online registration has been completed.
    • Payments must be made free of charge to the beneficiary in EURO. Any bank charges will be collected on site by credit card payment.
    • Clearly state the participant’s name, the invoice number and the registration number on the transaction.
    • Kindly note that bank transfers made within 2 weeks prior to the congress may not be confirmed in writing. If you make a bank transfer within this period, it will be essential to bring a proof of payment to the registration desk.
    • Bank transfer option will be available until August 25, 2026.
  • Cash payments will NOT be possible on site!

IMPORTANT
Reduced registration fees are only applicable, if the amount is paid to the congress account within the according deadlines. Registering without performing an actual payment will automatically set your balance to the fee applicable onsite.

Payment Deadlines
Early rate: until July 7, 2026
Regular rate: July 8 - August 12, 2026
Late & On-site rate: after August 12, 2026

 

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email to the EANO Meeting organising office at eano-meetings@eano.eu. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted (incl. IBAN and BIC). The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the EANO Meeting registration department is received. Refunds will be made after the congress as follows:

- until July 7, 2026: 75% Refund
- July 8 - August 12, 2026: 25% Refund
- after August 12, 2026: No Refund

 

In the case of over-payment or double payment, refund requests must be made in writing by email to the EANO Meeting organising office at eano-meetings@eano.eu. Refunds will only be made after the congress.

No refunds will be granted for unattended events or early termination of attendance, in case of cancellation of speakers, lack of space in the lecture room or any other incidents during the congress, which are beyond the control of the meeting organiser.

No exceptions to the refund policy can be made, including health or family issues. However, EANO accepts substitute delegates. By registering to the EANO 2026 participants agree that neither the organising committee nor the organising office assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance. The registration fee does not include insurance.
