Registration
EANO Meeting & Educational Day
A separate registration is needed for the EANO Meeting and the Educational Day. Please visit the registration page for the applicable registration fees and links to register.
Access to the virtual platform
Participants will be able to access the virtual platform using their personalised log in information (email address and password) created during the online registration process
Cancellations and Refunds
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing via email to the conference office at eano-meetings@eano.eu. The date on which the email is received defines the amount to be refunded. Refunds will be made after the congress as follows:
| - before June 25, 2021: | 75% Refund |
| - June 26 - August 25, 2021: | 25% Refund |
| - after August 25, 2021: | No Refund |
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be sent to all participants electronically after the congress.
Programme
Live sessions
Live sessions will take place at a specific time set in the programme. During this time attendees will have the possibility to ask questions to the presenters in the session chat. The session chairs will direct the questions to the speakers.
All live sessions from the EANO Meeting will be available for on-demand viewing until December 22, 2021, all live sessions from the EANO Educational Day will be available for on-demand viewing until January 26, 2022.
On-demand sessions
On-demand sessions from the EANO Meeting are available from the first conference day until December 22, 2021, on-demand sessions from the EANO Educational Day are available from the first conference day until January 26, 2022.
e-Posters
All e-Posters will be available for EANO Meeting participants from the first day of the conference until December 22, 2021. The two 45-minutes slots marked as “E Poster Viewing with authors” in the Scientific Programme can be used for communication and interaction via a messaging system within the online platform with the e-Poster authors, who are requested to be available via chat during this times.
Congress policy
Language
The official language of the congress is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Please note that taking pictures or screenshots during the sessions is allowed, unless indicated otherwise by the presenter or the poster author.
