Brain Tumour Advocacy Committee

Building on positive experiences and aiming to foster a culture based on shared knowledge, values, and collaboration, EANO seeks to enhance the effectiveness of its committees by actively involving patients and caregivers. Over the course of the year 2024, members of the NAC and Disparity Committees worked alongside two experienced patient representatives to establish a dedicated Brain Tumor Advocacy Committee within EANO. Members of the Brain Tumor Advocacy Committee will also be co-opted members on other EANO committees or projects, ensuring that patient and caregiver perspectives, experiences, and relevance contribute to the improved development and design of EANO's activities. The Brain Tumor Advocacy Committee was launched at the General Assembly in Glasgow 2024. At the General Assembly in Prague 2025 the Brain Tumor Advocacy Committee presented it's first members.
